Teaching
I emphasize a teaching style that encourages students to apply academic theories to real-world challenges. My interactive teaching approach features case discussions, assignments, games, and group projects.
Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom is central to my teaching philosophy. My goal is to foster an environment where students feel confident expressing their ideas, challenging assumptions, and engaging in meaningful discussions. Student feedback has reinforced the impact of this approach. An undergrad student from the Core Strategic Management Course noted “She has encouraged me to be confident in my answers in class, creating a safe space to have fruitful discussions and share ideas.” Another student remarked “Professors like her are so hard to come by! She encourages everyone during class participation and is very open about different views which really reassures students, creating a very safe space to speak their minds.”
I have taught a wide variety of courses at different levels in several institutions and countries: SMU and NUS (Singapore), WU Vienna (Austria), and Bocconi (Italy).
